WE HAVE A MISSION
As the AIQS Food Science Group, we organize this event every two years without interruption since the First Conference on Industrial Applications of Enzymes in 1985.
Facing the situation of the pandemic and the consequences for the Food Industry, we feel that it is our mission, not only giving timely continuity to this event with the 2021 edition, but more than ever, organising the BIET Conference aiming to contribute from Innovation and Technology to a positive response in the scope of our sector.
After the 2021 telematic edition due to pandemics, we are back to face-to-face meeting. We believe that personal relationship and Networking are remarkable values of BIET that should be strengthen by holding in-person full meeting, and contributing in this way to a positive response to Innovation and Technology within the scope of our sector.
